Come hear our exciting guest speaker, Velmarie Peoples. Ms. Peoples serves as manager of the Housing Choice Voucher (HCVP) Homeownership Program for the Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority (CMHA), where she oversees the administration of over 500 rental voucher participants pursuing their dream of homeownership. In addition to her demanding work schedule, Ms. Peoples is a leader within her church, a member on the Board of Directors of the Women’s Educational Mentoring Alliance, an ordained minister, bible teacher, mother of 4 and wife of the Reverend Ricardo Peoples. She will be speaking this night about “How Women were Anointed and Appointed to be Wise Business Leaders.”
