Meet member, Patty Kozlow:

Patty Kozlow has been in the marketing field for 14 years and focuses on helping small businesses and individuals with their marketing needs.

She will discuss her background and how opportunities in her current full time job helped her start her own business. She will also discuss services that she provides and the importance of marketing.

Patty will also reveal the trials and tribulations she has gone through in efforts to make her business a success. She has learned a lot over the years such as:

1. How to deal with clients and what kind of clients to seek out and those to avoid.

2. How to estimate jobs to be sure they are profitable.

3. How to make the processes involved in running a business easier and less time consuming.

4. How building relationships over time has made it easier to find new business as well as provide additional services.

5. Differences between the service industry and selling a product introduce many challenges.

6. Constantly changing technology and the need to stay on top of new software is imperative.

7. Small businesses versus large corporations require different services and skills.
